Fantastic Tapas, great choice of dishes to suit all tastes. I had meat but there were plenty of fish and vegetarian ones. Newly refurbished, tasteful, warm & comfy with the music at a level that we could still comfortably chat to our friends. Rich the general manager has a great team. Charlotte the assistant manager does an amazing job together with our service on the evening Kayla & Grace and Ellie & Sophie at the bar. The maple hot toddy I had was amazing. Thanks all. We will be back soon. Would definitely recommend.
I was lucky to be invited to the launch evening. The setting of the restaurant is lovely, downstairs bar with plenty of seating and overlooking the marina, upstairs restaurant with another bar and open kitchen. The selection of drinks especially cocktails were amazing and the presentation lovely. The food was perfect, my personal favourites being the steak, meatballs, and calamari. Shout out to Charlotte who served us all evening, great friendly service, ask her for any recommendations on the menu as she is very knowledgable! Overall a great experience and i will be back!
Had an amazing evening the tapas was incredible, so much variety my favourite dish was the calamari and dip so tasty! The cocktails were also incredible so much effort went into making them! The staff were all so inviting and friendly, I love the decor, it has such a warm welcoming atmosphere. I can't wait to come back! 100% best place to go for drinks and tapas could not recommend enough! Thank you!!
Not a great tapas lover so we went to try the sunday dinner and was glad we did. We had the chicken dinner and the beef, both cooked superbly. Both served with roasties, greens, braised red cabbage, carrots and parsnips. I had extra pigs in blankets and we also had extra cauliflower cheese, which i was assured was delicious. It was a busy Sunday downstairs but quiet upstairs and the staff were attentive. Another sunday lunch calls I think
Me and a group of friends dined here, after it being recommended to us. Service was excellent, our waitress (Lottie) was very helpful and friendly. Drinks were of a high standard and the food was amazing. A big thank you to the chefs and to Lottie. We'll certainly be back!
This is a really great, new spot! The restaurant itself is spacious and has a very modern, laid-back ambience. The tapas were absolutely delicious and there were a wide variety to choose from that pleased everyone. The cocktail menu was very appealing, I had a White Russian which was the most mouthwatering blend of punchy and creamy, without being overpowering. The staff were super attentive, welcoming and helpful. They ensured that everything was spot on and you can tell they worked well as a team. We never felt awkward asking for something and the service was incredibly efficient. This is a fantastic place for a casual meal with friends or a date night! I wish I had taken more photos of the food to share but I was too busy eating it!
My boyfriend treated me to a lovely meal here on Valentines Day. I saw the reviews were good here but it was even better than I could have imagined. You employ great staff here which you should be proud of, they were very friendly and attentive which made the experience a really positive one. The food was incredibly good, we were in food heaven! Compliments to the chef! We both had a wonderful evening and hope to return for another date night.
Absolutely incredible tapas, served in proper terracotta crockery. Fantastic wine selection to compliment. Service 10/10. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Beautiful setting overlooking Mercia marina with fabulous sunset views. Definitely will be returning soon to try more of their delicious food. A perfect date night and ambience. A must try if you're in the area!
